Observers receive evidence of ballot-rigging (photos & video)

The observers heard the members of the election commission speak about the presence of ballot papers for Mikhalevich during vote count at Minsk city Savietski district precinct No.48; however, Mikhalevich didn’t receive a single vote according to the final minutes.

 

The machination during vote count occurred at Minsk city Savietski district precinct No.48. It can be heard in the video made by the observers how the commission’s members discuss who should take the ballot papers with the marks in them in favour of the candidate for president of the Republic of Belarus Ales Mikhalevich. However, no single person voted for Mikhalevich according to the final minutes. 

 

 

It can be clearly heard that a commission’s member asks where the ballot papers for Mikhalevich are. “I have them, I have”, her colleague says.
