A Protocol disapproving Lukashenka’s victory (photos)

According to the data received from Minsk city Leninski district election precinct No.49, Lukashenka didn’t win in the first voting.
According to the minutes’ data, Lukashenka received 39.3% of votes. Together, the electoral support of the democratic candidates Sannikau, Niaklayeu, and Ramanchuk reached 46%.
The minutes copy was sent to us by the Movement For Freedom (MFF) observer Alaksandra-Volha Tyhrytskaya who managed to be allowed to come close to the tables with ballot papers and could see the marks in them.
The commission included a democratic activist, a member of the Belarusian Social and Democratic Party Mikola Tsiatsiorkin.
