Artur Finkievich blocked in a Minsk apartment

The leader of the Young Belarus movement that is the member of the Belarusian Independence Bloc got into a siege.
Unknown people try to get into the apartment at the address Altayskaya str. 102/3 where Artur Finkievich is staying at the moment. According to him, several people are positioned at the stairway, and several of them are waiting outdoors.
At present, the activist’s telephone doesn’t answer.
