Minsk Regional Court to consider the complaint of the Kletsk town activist

The session of the Minsk Regional Court on the consideration of the cassation appeal of the Movement for Freedom (the MFF) activist Panamarou will be held on May 28 at 10 a.m.

 

For reference – On April 29, the Kletsk District Court – having considered the case on the administrative offence allegedly committed by Panamarou – charged the activist with a fine of Br350 thousand (some €90). Panamarou thinks the case initiated against him under Article 9.3 of the Administrative Offences Code is totally framed up. In fact, he says that he was the person who suffered the insult of the head of the Kletsk Housing and Utilities Service.
