A journey with Astapovich
As part of the nation-wide Be Belarusians! campaign, the head of the Monuments Protection Society invites to the next journey to the beautiful and tranquil places of the native land.
This time, the Belarusian Voluntary History and Culture Monuments Protection Society and its head Anton Astapovich who is also the member of the Movement for Freedom (the MFF) invite everyone to a friends’ journey on May 30 at the following route:
Novaya Mysh – the Christophany Catholic Church of 1825 with unique Renaissance interiors from the Niasvizh Benedictine Catholic Church, the wooden Christophany Orthodox Church of 1859, and village buildings.
Mouchadz – the 2nd half of the 19th century St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s Orthodox Church, the mill, the tavern, the synagogue, and village buildings.
Dvarets – the early 20th century Neo-Baroque God’s Body Catholic Church, the 2nd half of the 19th century Pakrouskaya Orthodox Church, the ruins of the watermill, and the place of burial of the Pratasievichs family (the Dvarets Angel).
Rahotna – the 19th century Classicism Guardian-Angels Catholic Church.
Randziloushchyna – the Jesus’s Heart Catholic Church of 1822, and the old cemetery.
Vienzaviets – the St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s Orthodox Church of 1875.
Dziatlava – the middle 18th century Baroque Assumption Catholic Church, the 18th century Palace of the Palubinskis – Radzivils, the early 20th century wooden Orthodox Church, and village buildings of 19th – early 20th centuries.
