A flag over Minsk (photos)

The youth activists of the Movement for Freedom (the MFF) hung up the national flag in the Kuntsaushchyna sub-district of Minsk.
A 1x2 m. flag was fixed at the tower construction crane. A partly inhabited new houses and a public transport stop are located here. Many residents of the sub-district could see the national symbol of Belarus in the morning.
“The state does everything it can so that people forget their ancient national values. We decided to remind Minskers of our national symbols once again. If we preserve our faith and our history during the hard times, Belarus will be restored”, Ruslan, one of the participants of this risky act, thinks.
