Vote count was performed formally

The Movement for Freedom (the MFF) Minsk coordinator Yuras Mielashkievich informed that the voting at the Slabadskaya constituency of Minsk where he was delegated was performed with numerous violations.

The pressure was exerted on the authorized representatives of the candidate for deputy Yuras Mielashkievich at the precinct No.94 of the Slabadskaya constituency. For instance, Mielashkievich’s father wasn’t allowed to enter the territory of the precinct because he is the relative of the candidate, and is an interested person.

A family of voters of the precinct No.97 found out that someone received their ballot papers already, and voted instead of them. The voters are preparing an appeal to the Central Election Commission and to the Prosecutor’s Office because of this. 

When ballot papers were taken out from the early voting box at the precinct No.99, a minutes of delegation of an observer who was registered at the precinct was found among the ballot papers. Mielashkievich thinks that this indirectly proves that additional ballot papers were inserted into the box because after a candidate is registered, the minutes is filed to the precinct election commission, and is kept in its documents.

Comparing the results of voting at different precincts, the MFF candidate cannot find any explanation of them:

“The number of votes for my support at the precincts where I performed active campaigning is roughly equal to that at the control precinct where I didn’t perform any campaigning at all. This is very strange, and reflects not the real state of things, but the predetermined figures”.

Mielashkievich thinks that the election to the local Councils was totally non-transparent, and their results are completely unplausible. Therefore, we cannot talk about the real victory of any candidate.
