A candidate wanting to inspect the violations of the Law
Illa Dabratvor who delegated himself to the Province Council, to the District Council, and to a rural Council of Minsk province asks the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Central Election Commission, and the Committee for State Monitoring to perform an inspection based on the fact of the violation of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The former candidate for deputy of the Movement for Freedom (the MFF) informs about the printing of his campaigning materials in the volume twice as low as the leaflets printed for a pro-governmental candidate, as well as about the fact that a part of his biography and a reference to the MFF was randomly deleted from his leaflets. The poster with the official information about the candidate wasn’t present at 7 election precincts till April 24.
In addition, there were attempts to refuse Dabratvor to have a broadcast time on the district radio owing to the fact that he had received the right to make a speech on a province radio before. The candidate for deputy didn’t ever receive an answer to his application for holding the meetings with voters in the Novy Dvor Rural Council and in the Kalodzishchy Rural Council.
