Insulted and accused of… an insult

The Movement for Freedom (the MFF) Kletsk town activist was called to the militia for questioning because of the appeal of the Kletsk Housing and Utilities Service head.

The militia report was drawn up because of the allegedly rowdy behaviour and rudeness of Siarhiey Panamarou towards the head of the Kletsk Housing and Utilities Service (HUS) Mr. Navitski.

Strangely enough, several days ago – on March 15 – it is against the unlawful actions of the Kletsk HUS head that Panamarou filed an appeal to the District Prosecutor’s Office stating that he insulted Panamarou in the presence of the representatives of the Historic and Cultural Landscapes Regeneration Centre. The MFF activist asked the prosecutor to hold Mr. Navitski administratively accountable. The appeal was signed by two witnesses, as well.

Panamarou is sure that Mr. Navitski wrote the counter-appeal against him in order to avoid the accountability for his rude behaviour.
