Session of the MFF Minsk city organization takes place
Nine activists of the Movement for Freedom (the MFF) filed the documents for registering as candidates to the Minsk City Council.
The results of signatures collecting for nomination as candidates were discussed at the March 16th session devoted to the election campaign to local Councils. Nine MFF contenders filed the necessary documents and subscription letters to district election commissions of Minsk.
The issues concerning the arrangement of the city structure of the Belarusian Independence Bloc (BIB) and the MFF were also discussed during the meeting. The previously drafted text of the agreement on creation of the BIB city structure was ratified at the session. Yuras Mielashkievich was assigned to represent the MFF Minsk division’s interests during signing of the agreement. The decision was made to hold the meeting on creation of the MFF Minsk structure after the election campaign to local Councils.
