Prosecutor’s office punish officials for untimely response to citizens’ appeal

Pinsk town deputy prosecutor informed the Movement for Freedom (the MFF) activist of imposing the disciplinary and administrative responsibility on the Hygiene and Epidemiology Centre (HEC) management.

In his letter, the deputy prosecutor Mr. Suprun tells that disciplinary responsibility was imposed on the deputy chief physician Maryja Kozich and the HEC employee Ms. Bielela. Disciplinary responsibility was also imposed on Hienadz Paulovich, communal hygiene division head, for improper attitude to visitors.

Administrative protocol was drawn up against Maryja Kozich for violating Article 9.24 of the Administrative Offences Code – namely, the terms of proceeding the records in the book of complaints. Her case was sent for consideration to the administrative commission.

As was reported before, Pinsk utility services began to regularly clean stair halls in apartment houses as the result of the energetic activity of the MFF activist Yuras Bakhtsierau.

Moreover, according to the latest information, the Pinsk HEC management was dismissed and renewed since it didn’t observe properly the sanitary condition of public utilities
