BIB Suggests a Permanent Consultation Platform

The Belarusian Pro-Independence Block (BIB) Council’s session took place in Minsk.


The session was attended by the MFF deputy chairs Yuras Hubarevich and Viktar Karnieyenka, the Belarusian Popular Front (BPF) party leader Alaksiej Yanukievich, the Belarusian Christian Democracy (BCHD) party co-chairs Paval Sieviaryniets and Vital Rymasheuski, the Young Front movement leader Zmitser Dashkievich, the Young Belarus movement leader Artur Finkievich, and the Together Movement leader Viachaslau Siuchyk.


The decision was made at this session to offer all political democratic forces of Belarus to create a permanently operating consultation platform for cooperation on a wide range of issues.


All other political entities (parties and civil organizations) will receive the invitation to meet on Monday, December 7 at 4 p.m. to discuss this idea.


In addition, the issues of closer regional cooperation of the BIB parts were addressed at this session as well as the issue of drawing up a single list of nominees for the local elections.
